摘要
目的探讨护理本科生应用新型带教模式后实习质量影响。方法选取在我院临床实习的78例护理本科生,进行随机平均分组,观察组(n=39)使用新型导师带教模式,对照组(n=39)采用常规护士长指导、临床护士带教模式,于6个月后进行考核,分析对比两组考核成绩与论文书写质量,探究新型带教模式的优点。结果 观察组学生考核成绩、论文质量与带教负责人满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用新型带教模式不仅对护生的专业技能有提高,对其心理状态的调整、更快适应角色转换也有很大的帮助,该教学模式适合广泛推广。
Objective To explore the effect of new teaching mode on internship quality for nursing undergraduates. Methods 78 cases of clinical practice of nursing undergraduates in our hospital, were randomly and averagely divided into observation group (n = 39) with new tutor teaching mode, and control group (n = 39) with conventional head nurse guidance and clinical nurse teaching mode. The assessment was taken 6 months later, to analyze and compare the examination results and paper writing quality between the two groups, and to explore the advantages of the new teaching mode. Results The students' examination marks, paper writing quality and satisfaction from responsible teachers in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P 〈0.05) . Conclusion The new teaching mode has improved the nursing students' professional skills, and is a great help for nursing undergraduates to adjust psychological state and quickly adapt to the role transformation, which is suitable for wide application.
