摘要
目的探讨健康教育对青光眼术后患者复诊依从性的影响。方法选择2009年1月至2012年2月92例青光眼手术后患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施健康教育。比较两组患者术后复诊依从性。结果两组患者依从性比较,实验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康教育提高了青光眼术后患者复诊依从性,对青光眼的治疗有重要意义,对防盲治盲起到积极作用。
Objective To explore the impact of health education on the referralcompliance of postoperative patients with glaucoma. Methods 92 cases of postoperative patients with glaucoma from January 2009 to February 2012 were selected and randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received health education on the basis of conventional nursing, to compare the referral compliance of postoperative patients between the two groups. Result The patients in the experimental group had better compliance than those in the control group with statistical difference （P〈0.01）, statistically. Conclusion Health education has improvd the referral compliance of postoperative patients with glaucoma, which has important signifance in the treatment of glaucoma, and plays an active role in the prevention of blindness.
