摘要
目的探讨口腔卫生宣教在早期牙周病的基础治疗及术后疗效维护中的重要性。方法随机抽取口腔科门诊的早期牙周病即牙龈炎患者90例,以单盲法分成实验组和对照组,采用进口EMS超声洁治器对样本患者进行龈上洁治及较浅的龈下洁治治疗,所有治疗均由同一名主治医师完成。实验组在基础治疗完成后对其进行口腔卫生保健的宣传教育,对照组则不作此干预。观察治疗3个月、6个月后牙龈炎症状况。结果基础治疗术后2组的口腔健康相关指数均有明显改善,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),且实验组各项指标的改善在较长时间里仍能保持,明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论口腔卫生宣教能有效地维护牙周基础治疗术的疗效,减少牙周病的发生,降低失牙率,促进居民口腔健康水平的提升。
Objective To demonstrate the importance of certain behavioral interventions as oral health education, in the efficacy maintenance of initial therapy in the early stage of periodontal diseases. Methods All 90 cases of early periodontal diseases are randomly se- lected from the gingivitis patients （ without gender differences） to the dental clinic of our hospital. Based on the single - blind method, these cases were divided into the experimental group and the control group. Meanwhile, the imported EMS ultrasonic cleaning instrument was uti- lized to proceed cleaning above gingival and shallow subgingival cleaning treatment of the sample patients. All the above mentioned treatments were executed by the present author alone. Oral health education was then carried out to the experimental group, while no intervention to the control group. The efficacy of maintenance were observed three months, six months after treatment. Results A direct retrospective analysis of the collected data indicated that, after basic treatment, oral health - related indices of these two groups were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.01 ） compared with before treatment, and moreover, such oral health - related indices improvement was still maintained very well in a long time among the experimental group, which was obviously better than those of the control group. Conclusion The oral health education can effectively maintain the efficacy of periodontal therapy to reduce the incidence and development of epidemic status of periodontal diseases, reduce the per capita oral health care burden, and hence promote the enhancement of residents＂ oral health.
