摘要
构建了多重峰模型,在算法上采用改进非线性最小二乘拟合法,对多重峰峰面积进行拟合计算,回避了关联扣除带来的风险。实验表明:使用开发的γ属性分析例程分析的240 Pu丰度不确定度较原来的分析算法降低1倍,在95%的置信概率下测量不确定度小于10%。
A γ-ray spectrum analysis algorithms of multi-overlap-peak model and Levenberg-Marquardt(an improved nonlinear least squares fitting) for ~240Pu abundance were developed to achieve accurate results.The peak area calculation can avoid the risks of associated subtraction by multi-peak fitting directly.The experiment results show that the improved method can give better results of ~240Pu abundance,compared with the previous algorithm.The uncertainty of ~240Pu abundance is less than 10% at 95% confidence level.
