摘要
社会保障基金是社会保险体系的物质基础,是社会保障体系平稳运行的前提条件。随着社会保障覆盖范围、统筹层次的不断提高,我国社保基金规模以较快的速度逐年增长。因此,社会保障基金不能"缩水",其保值增值的意义重大。本文通过对我国目前全国社会保障基金收益状况的分析,以及社会保障基金收益率与同期通货膨胀率和上证指数收益率的比较,指出社会保障基金在发展过程中面临的问题并提出相应对策。
Social security fund is the material basis of social insurance system, and is the prerequisite for smooth social security system. With the increasing coverage of social security, the constant improvement of the level of overall planning, China＇ s social security fund scale is increased year by year. Therefore, the social security fund can＇ t ＂shrink＂, and its value great significance. By analysis of the income condition of present in China, compared the social security fund yields with the inflation rate and the social security funds at Shanghai index yields, the author point out that the social security funds are faced with the problem in the process of development, and he puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
