辽河油田兴古潜山深层变质岩储层探井压裂技术

摘要 兴古潜山是辽河油田近年来在潜山勘探的一项重要成果,预测储量十分丰富。目前开发层位主要为太古界,岩性是以混合花岗岩为主的变质岩。由于储层埋藏较深,岩性特殊,压裂改造时难度较大。在对储层特点研究的基础上,确定了"大砂量、大排量、中低砂比、造长缝"的改造主体思想,形成了"抗高温、降滤失、防砂堵、快返排"的压裂改造技术。保证了压裂施工的顺利实施,并取得了良好的效果。 Xing Gu Buried Hill, rich in reserves, is an important outcome of the Liaohe Oilfield in recent years in the buried hill exploration. The development layer now is mainly Arehean, and lithology is mainly in the mixed granite metamorphic rocks. Because of the depth of reservoir burial and special lithology, the fracturing transformation is difficult. On the basis of the reservoir characteristics, we identified the idea of transformation "large amount of sand, large displacement, low to medium sand, make long-slit", and the fracturing technology is "resistance to high temperature, reduce filtrate, sand block, fast return the exclusive". This is to ensure the smooth implementation of the fracturing operation, which has achieved good results, and made an important contribution to the exploration and development of the block.
