摘要
论述了农村土地流转政策与"三农"问题、农村劳动力转移问题、农村城镇化建设问题、统筹城乡发展问题和粮食安全问题之间的联系,指出农村土地流转政策与这些强农惠农富农政策具有相辅相成的联动性。
The paper discussed the relations among rural land circulation policies,the issues concerning farmers,rural areas and agriculture,the problems of rural labor transfer,the problems of rural urbanization construction,the problem of coordinated urban and rural development,and food security problems,and pointed out that the rural land circulation policies and those benefiting-farmers policies were complementary to each other.
