牧草中抗生素的来源及检测方法研究进展

摘要 抗生素是生物在其生产活动过程中产生,并能在低微浓度下有选择性地抑制或杀灭其他微生物或肿瘤细胞的有机物。抗生素被长期用于人和动物的疾病治疗,环境中的抗生素对生态环境和人类健康的影响已经得到认知,而这些抗生素可能通过各种途径在牧草中产生残留,也可能因牧草上的微生物分泌而产生,进入畜产品进而危害人体健康。抗生素在天然牧草中已被检测到。综述了牧草中抗生素的来源、抗生素残留的检测方法研究进展,并评估了牧草中抗生素的影响。 Antibiotics are produced by organisms in the production process,and can selectively restrain or kill microorganisms and other cancer cells at low concentration.Antibiotics have been used to treat diseases on animals and human for a long time,and the influence of antibiotics in environment on ecology and human health has been recognized.In the environment,antibiotics may leave residue in forage with different ways,or be produced by microorganism to harm human health.It has been confirmed that the antibiotics are detected in forage.This paper discussed the sources,detection method,and effect of antibiotics in forage.
