摘要
目的:分析贵州省大方县乡镇卫生院合理用药信息公开状况。方法:采取随机抽样方法,抽取贵州省大方县3个乡镇卫生院,对其合理用药信息公开内容数目、公开对象、公开方式进行分析。结果:3家卫生院合理用药信息公开的内容很少,均公开的数目和均未公开的数目分别占所需要公开内容总数的5/17和4/17;同时具有公开对象和公开方式的分别只有2、8、9项;同一公开内容,3家卫生院采取的公开对象和公开方式各不相同。结论:贵州省大方县乡镇卫生院合理用药信息公开状况不理想,透明程度低。
Objective： To analyze status of the open access to rational use of medicine in township health centers of Dafang, Guizhou. Methods： .With the three township health centers which were random selected from Dafang, Guizhou, we analyzed the open contents, objects, and ways of rational use of medicine information. Results： The contents of rational medicine use implemented by three township health centers are not enough for the contents they all implemented accounted for 5/17 and that they had never implemented accounted for 4/17. There were just 2, 8 and 9 regulations respectively, implemented by the three, which both covered objects, and ways. For the same content they implemented, objects and ways the three township health centers were different.Conclusion： The status of open access to rational use of medicine information in township health centers of Dafang, Guizhou is unsatisfied. Transparency cons.truction is still insufficient.
