摘要
本文用美国 Thermo Jarrell Ash公司 IRIS全谱直读等离子体光谱仪分析了氯化血红素中微量铅的含量。采用 CID二维阵列检测器 ,根据仪器对谱线选择非常灵活这一特点 ,选择了合适的分析线 ,研究了基体元素对被测元素分析线的光谱干扰 ,采用基体匹配与背景扣除法进行校正。铅的检测限达到 17ng·m L- 1 ,回收率 95 %~ 10 7% ,RSD<2 % ,达到国内血红素中 Pb<10μg· m L- 1 的要求 ,通过几种样品的分解方法对比 ,选出一种最佳分解方法。实测样品获得满意的结果。
In this paper,a method for the determiantion of trace Pb in heme chloride is studied.The matrix matching and background eliminat ing methods are used to minimize interference.The spectral interferences of matr ix elements to analytical line of deteted element are also discussed.The rate of recovery is between 95%—107% and RSD is less than 2%.The detertion limit is 17 ng·mL- -1.According the comparison to the methods of some samples decomp osition,choose one best method.The samples have been got pleased result.
