摘要
运用两种光谱分析的方法 ,对青岛、成都两地的大气腐蚀锈层样品 ,进行了比较测试 ,得出锈层中各元素的含量、主要组成物相及各相对含量随腐蚀环境、时间的变化情况。
This paper applied two methods of spectrum ana ly sis to measure the rusty layer of samples atomosphere corrosion from Qingdao and Chengdu.The main component elements and rust phase of rusty layer are obtained. It showed that the relative content of the elements and rust phase varies with t he change of corroded environment and time.The result,relative content of each r ust phase of A 3(1) rusty layer sample have following relation:γ- Fe00 H >α- Fe00H >δ-Fe00H,and,relative content of other rusty layer sample s have relation:γ- Fe00H >δ- Fe00H >α-Fe00H,in the rusty layer o f low-alloy steel,there are the alloy elements of rest body.
