摘要
本文合成了发射蓝紫色光的镁硅钙石 Ca3Mg Si2 O8:Ce3+荧光体。测试了该荧光体的激发和发射光谱。利用这些光谱结果和 Van Uitert经验公式 ,结合对 Ca3Mg Si2 O8晶体的结构研究 ,确认 Ca3Mg Si2 O8:Ce3+中存在两种性质有差异的 Ce3+发光中心 ,它们分别占据基质中的两种八配位的钙格位。
An efficiency purplish blue phosphor Ca 3MgSi 2O 8:Ce- 3+ has been synthesized.The emission and excitation spectra o f Ca 3MgSi 2O 8:Ce- 3+ under 260 nm and 360 nm excitations show that they have their common broad band emission characters,but the maximums and the band widths of the emission spectra are different.The excitation spectra of Ce- 3+ 350 nm emission and 460 nm emission clearly show that there are remarkabl e differences.These results indicate that there are two kinds of Ce- 3+ emis sion centers in the host of Ca 3MgSi 2O 8.According the analysis of the crys tal structure and the Van Uitert′s empirical equation,we have a conclusion that two centers occupy two kinds of octacoordinated Ca sites,respectively.
