摘要
道路模拟试验台架在汽车开发过程中发挥了重要的作用,其能缩短车辆的开发周期、降低开发成本.随着计算机性能的高速发展,使得越来越多的道路模拟试验可以在计算机上通过仿真运算的方法来进行.本文主要研究道路模拟试验中目标信号的迭代算法.TWR算法是基于频域内的迭代算法,分析了TWR迭代的理论思想,然后在实际汽车振动台上通过耐久性试验上验证了算法的实际使用价值.
The test rig plays an important role in car design, which can shorten the development time and reduce the cost. With the quick development of computer, more and more service load simulation test can be done. This paper focused on the iterative algorithms of target signals in Service Load Simulation test. Time Waveform Replication (TWR) was iterative algorithms based on a frequency domain. TWR theory was analyzed and the iterative process was simulated. Durability on vibrating table was tested and the practical value of the al- gorithm was verified.
