摘要
通过文献资料法、比较法等研究方法,对跆拳道与中国传统文化中的太极文化内在的关联、以期对不断修炼跆拳道品势,更好地理解跆拳道的文化内蕴与哲学精髓做出努力,使跆拳道修炼充分达到"天人合一"的思想境界。
Through literature material, comparative research methods, etc. the paper researches the internal rela- tionship between taekwondo and the tai chi culture in Chinese traditional culture so as to constantly cultivate taekwondo poomsae, understand the cultural connotation and essence of taekwondo better and finally realize the concept of ＂oneness of man and nature＂ in taekwondo practice.
