摘要
该文对液压件的缸、泵、阀的零件进行了研究,并对装配、试验以及使用后的失效机理进行了分析。认为零件清洗不干净是初期故障时间短的重要原因之一。高压清洗中心(JCC)应是我国液压件生产企业的必备设备。
The hydraulic cylinder,pump,valve parts were studied,and it’s assemblying,Testing and the failure mechanism after using were analysed.It’s important reason that the cleaning is not completely lead to failure at initial stage of it’s working.High-pressure washing center（JCC） should be the essential equipment of the hydraulic parts manufacturers.
