摘要
该文根据液压辊缝控制系统工作原理,建立了辊缝控制的液压刚度模型。重点分析了油液弹性模量和背压对液压刚度的影响关系,给出了负载变化产生压力冲击的估算方法。最后结合一起典型故障的处理,阐明合理选择背压的重要性和选择方法的具体应用。
based on the work principle of the hydraulic gauge control system,a rationable model is presented in this paper to analyze the hydraulic rigidity,which expouded how the hydraulic rigidity had been affected by the volume elastic modulus and the back pressure.and how to choose the back pressure.At the end of the paper,one tipical malfunction verified the analysis before,and underlined the important of reasonable back pressure for the normal operation of hydraulic gauge control system.
