摘要
以硅橡胶囊为骨架 ,制成 5氟尿嘧啶 (5Fu)控释植入剂 ,观察对Walker 2 5 6移植性鼠肝癌的治疗效果。实验分对照组 (A组 )及治疗组 (B组 ) ,每组Wistar大鼠 12只。结果A、B组带瘤大鼠生存时间分别为 (2 8.0±2 .2 )及 (38.7± 6 .7)d(P <0 .0 1) ,B组抑瘤率为 96 .3 %。光镜下见B组癌细胞片状坏死 ,外周肝细胞排列整齐 ,肝小叶结构存在。初步临床应用结果表明 。
Fluorouracil controlled release implant,made of silastic elastomer,was investigated therapeautic effect on walker_256 carcinosarcoma in the liver of wistar rats.24 rats were divided into two group:control group(group A)and 5_Fu implant treated group(group B).The result revealed:group B had significantly long survival time compared with group A(P<0.01). A number of focal necrosises were found in cancer tissue by light microscope in group B.Clinical application of 5Fu controlled release implant is encouraging.
