摘要
纤维状Ni粉可通过纤维状草酸氨镍晶体热解制得。比较研究了直接沉淀法和沉淀转移法两种制备草酸氨镍的工艺。XRD、SEM、IR和TG的结果表明,两种方法制备草酸氨镍的晶体结构一致、晶体形貌均呈纤维状、均含有氨和草酸根。沉淀转移法制备草酸氨镍条件:c(Ni2+)为0.4~0.6 mol.L-1,温度70~80℃,pH值8.0~8.9,c(Ni2+)∶c(NH4+)=(1∶4)~(1∶3),反应时间30~40min,添加0.2%~0.5%(质量分数)PVP。能够在较宽范围内制备出纤维状草酸氨镍,同时能够对不合格产品进行回转,适合于工业化生产。
Fibrous nickel powder can be made through thermolysis of the fibrous complex nickel oxalate crystal.Two preparation processes of complex nickel oxalate: direct precipitation process and precipitation transfer process were compared.The results from XRD,SEM,IR and TG show that the crystal structure of complex nickel oxalate by the two processes is consistent,crystal is fibrous and contains ammonia and oxalic acid root.The preparation conditions of the complex nickel oxalate for precipitation transfer process: c(Ni2+) of 0.4-0.6 mol·L-1,temperature of 70-80 ℃,pH of 8.0-8.9,c(Ni2+)∶ c(NH4+) =(1∶ 4)-(1∶ 3),the reaction time 30-40 min,additive of PVP0.2%-0.5%.
