摘要
钨坯制备通常包括制粉和制坯两个主要过程。对ATB(铵钨青铜)氢还原过程所得的数据,经微机处理,获得了钨粉粒度、含钾量与工艺参数关系的回归方程,同时建立了钨粉含钾量与钨坯含钾量关系的回归方程。
The preparation process for the tungsten blank usually includes two parts:
powdering and blanking.A regression equation related to technique parameters,
tungsten particle size and potassium content is obtained.The maths model of
potassium content in tungsten powder and blank after micro-computer treatment
of the data of ammonium tungsten bronze(ATB)in hydrogen reduction process
is also presented in this paper.
