摘要
用X光,光学金相显微镜对Zr_(70)Ni_(30)非晶箔带结晶过程进行了研究,发现Zr_(70)Ni_(30)非晶箔带在自由面先结晶;之后,在表面结晶向内部扩展的同时,淬火晶核开始长大。此外,发现试样退火过程表面有少量氧化,而自由表面氧化程度往往比铜轮接触面要大。氧化,结晶均从自由面开始,可能与自由面晶体缺陷较多,表面活化程度较高有关。
The crystallization process of Zr_(70) Ni_(30) glass has been investigated systematically by means of
X-ray diffraction and optical microscopy.It was found that nucleation occurs preferentially at the
free surface of the ribbon.The crystallization front propagated from the surface inward and mean-
while the quenched embryos began to grow.Moreover the sensitivity of oxidation of the free surface
is greater than that of the contact surface during heat treatment in Perkin Elmer DSC-2 scanning
calorimeter.Crystallization and oxidation started from the free surface of the ribbon.This can be
relative to the crystal defects and the higher activity of the free surface.
