摘要
气流与金属板帝材之间的对流传热是气垫式热处理炉内重要热工过程,关系到板带材的加热速度与温度均匀性。本文对传热过程进行了理论探讨,并通过实验研究以及实验数据的回归处理,获得两个准数方程,可用于动压气垫与静压气垫对流给热系数的计算。方程经过F检验,表明是显著的,又通过比较,计算值与试验值基本吻合。
The convective heat transfer between gas stream and metal plate-strip is an
important heat work process in heat treatment furnace of air cushion type,which
relates to the heat velocity and temperature homogeneity of plate-strip.In this
paper,the heat transfer process is discussed theoretically,the trial investigation
and data regression treatment have been carried out.Two criterion equations are
acquired,which can be used to compute thc convective heat transfer cocfficient
of kinetic head and static head air cushion.Two equations are proved to be
significant by F inspection,and computative values are compared with experimental
values.They are coincident fundamentally with each other.
