摘要
目的探讨突发性耳聋患者血清内脂素（visfatin）和中性粒细胞激活肽-78（ENA-78）的含量变化，及其在突发性耳聋发生过程中的作用和意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清内脂素和ENA-78含量；检测102例突发性耳聋患者，35例其他疾病对照组和30例正常健康对照组的血清内脂素和ENA-78含量，比较治疗前后血清内脂素和ENA-78的测定结果。结果突发性耳聋患者治疗前血清内脂素和ENA-78含量较两对照组显著升高（P〈0．01）；治疗后恢复组患者内脂素和ENA-78含量明显降低。同时突发性耳聋重度组患者血清内脂素和ENA-78浓度明显高于中、轻度组，中度组患者明显高于轻度组，且差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。突发性耳聋患者血清内脂素和ENA-78含量之间呈正相关（r=0．68，P〈0．01）。结论血清内脂素和ENA-78水平的变化与突发性耳聋病情严重程度密切相关。
Objective To study the role and neutrophil-activing peptide-78 （ ENA-78 ） in idiopathic clinical significance of serum visfatin and epithelial sudden sensorineural hearing loss by measuring the changes in the patients with idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Methods The levels of visfa- tin and ENA-78 were determined by ELISA method in 102 idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss patients who were observed at two different time points： before and after treatment, and thirty-five pa- tients with other neurologic diseases （20 with sciatica, 16 with trigeminal neuralgia） and thirty healthy people were enrolled in control group. Results The levels of serum visfatin and ENA-78 in patients with idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss were markedly higher than those of the other two control groups （P 〈 0.01 ） ; The levels of serum visfatin and ENA-78 in the idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The levels of serum visfatin and ENA-78 in the severe group were higher than those in the morderate and mild group, and also were higher in the morderate group than those in the mild group （ P 〈0. 01 ）. There was a correlation between visfatin and ENA-78 expression in patients with idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss （ r = 0. 68, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The levels of serum visfatin and ENA-78 are correla- ted with the degree of idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss.
