摘要
国民良好的法律素养是中国社会走向法治的基本保证,也是市场经济发展的基本需要,更是形成社会良好风气的需要。而我国大学生,尤其是高职学生的法律素养现状令人堪忧。因为高职院校的特点使得高职学生法律方面的教育有欠缺。本文指出了高职院校法律教育存在的缺陷,并对高职学生法律素质的培养提出了相应的策略。
The national good legal accomplishment is the basic guarantee of Chinese society towards the rule of law,development of the market economy is the basic needs,is a good social customs need.While the university students of our country,especially the higher vocational students＇ legal literacy status is worrying.Because of the characteristics of higher vocational college students legal education the lack of.This paper points out the defects of the legal education in higher vocational colleges,and vocational college students＇ legal quality education and puts forward a corresponding strategy.
