摘要
澳大利亚TAFE教育是一种建构在终身学习理念基础上的以能力本位为导向的职业技术教育,为我国新兴动画产业急需的高职动画人才培养提供了很好的借鉴模式。本文从能力本位教育培养模式的必要性、建立灵活多样的教学教育方式、致力双师型队伍的建设、企业在实践模式教学中的作用四个方面展开阐述。
Australian TAFE education is a kind of competence - oriented occupation technology education based on the concept of lifelong learning, which provides a good reference to Chinag new animation industry that is badly in need of vocational animation tal- ents. This article gives a specific explanation to the competence - oriented education from the following four aspects ： tile necessity of building competence - based education mode, the flexible and diverse teaching ways of education, the construction of the dual - qualifi- cation teachers, and the function of enterprises in practice teaching.
