摘要
为明确苜蓿苗期耐酸能力及与秋眠等级的关系,采用水培法研究比较了秋眠等级分别为1、6、9的3个苜蓿秋眠标准对照品种在pH为3、3.54、5、6、7等6个pH水平下的苗期生长情况。通过对苜蓿的根长、株高、地上生物量、地下生物量、根体积及叶面积等指标的分析研究,结论如下:(1)强酸抑制苜蓿的生长,弱酸促进苜蓿的生长;pH值为4是苜蓿的耐酸极限值,水培条件下最适苜蓿生长的pH值为6。(2)不同秋眠等级苜蓿的耐酸顺序为FD9>FD6>FD1。
To clarify the relationship between acid tolerance and fall dormancy level of alfalfa in seedlings stage, seedlings growth conditions of three standard control alfalfa varieties of fall dormancy levels of 1, 6 and 9 were compared at pH 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6 and 7 with hydroponic method. By analyzing the alfalfa root length, plant height, aboveground biomass, underground biomass, root volume and leaf area et al, the main conclusions were as follows: (1) strong acid inhibited the alfalfa's growth and weak acid promoted its growth; pH = 4 was alfalfa acid tolerance limit; pH : 6 was the optimum for alfalfa growth under hydroponic conditions. (2)The sequence of acid tolerance of alfalfa of different dormancy levels was FD9~〉 FD6)〉 FD1.
