7种诱导剂诱导香蕉抗香蕉枯萎病初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 7种诱导剂诱导香蕉对香蕉枯萎病(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense)的抗病性试验结果表明:诱导效果最好的是BTH,在浓度为200 mg/mL时达到了最好的44.27%;效果相对较差的是禾甲安,在浓度为100倍时仅为9.67%。碧护在20 000倍时达到最好防效27.86%,CTS在0.04 g/株时达到最好防效24.62%,好润在100倍时达到最好防效22.58%。 The induced resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense was conducted through banana treated with Chitosan.The result showed that the best induced effect was BTH, 200 mg/mL had the best effect and the effect reached 44.27%. Effect of relatively poor was HeJia'an,the effect reached only 9.67% for the concentration was 100 times. BiHu had the best effect reached 27.86% in the 20 000 times,CTS had the best effect reached 24.62% in 0.04 g/plant,HaoRun had the best effect reached 22.58% in the 100 times.
