摘要
试验利用大型传热风洞试验系统,在模拟回转式空气预热器实际运行工况条件下,通过测量试验段传热元件压降,得到了回转式空气预热器低温段搪瓷波纹板和陶瓷平板2种传热元件摩擦因子对数与雷诺数对数之间相互关系,为两类传热元件阻力特性数值计算提供了基础数据。通过具体实验数据对比分析,得到了陶瓷平板阻力是搪瓷波纹板3~4倍的试验结果,为低温段传热元件的优化选取提供了依据。
Friction characteristics of rotary air pre-heater is the primary factor to determine the rotor size, while friction characteristics of rotary air pre-heater are mainly affected by the structural parameters of heat transfer elements. This test using the large-scale wind tunnel test system, by simulating the actual operating conditions, measures the pressure drop of test section of the whole pack of heat transfer elements and gets the relationship between logarithm of friction factor of heat transfer elements and logarithm of Reynolds number to provide basic data for pre-heater numerical calculation. At the same time, by comparing the variation regularity of flow resistance with air velocity for the different types of heat transfer elements, the result of the key of reducing the whole flow resistance being to control frictional resistance can be got, it also provides the basis for the heat transfer elements optimized selection.
