摘要
国产的300MW亚临界锅炉的结构与美国CE公司和日本三菱重工的300MW锅炉相比,增加了后屏再热器出口集箱和末级再热器入口集箱,这在80年代是适合我国国情的。但是随着电厂运行经验的积累和机组自动化投入率的提高,国产结构的做法不但增加了设备造价,而且增加了再热器阻力,增大了再热蒸汽的流动偏差,因而提出取消这两根集箱的建议。
The extra header of outlet RH. platen and inlet RH. finishing were applied in our struture of 300 MW subcritical boiler compare with ABB-CE of the United States and MISHUBISHI of Japan. It was Suitable in the 1980's. On the base of the improvment of boiler automic degrees and the operation experience,we suggest to cancel both of the headers, so as to cut down the cost, reduce the reheater resisdance, decrease the flowing deviation of reheating steam.
