摘要
采用数学规划优化方法对N8160ZC柴油机新型螺旋流排气系统结构参数进行了优化设计;同时设计了一套结构参数完全一致的MPC排气系统,并对螺旋流和MPC排气系统进行了推进特性对比实验。实验结果表明:在大部分运行工况下,螺旋流排气系统对N8160ZC柴油机的整机性能有一定程度的改善,但在低速低负荷工况下较 MPC排气系统稍差。
The structural parameters of swirl flow exhaust system for Model N8160ZC diesel engine have been calculated by using the mathematical optimum method for optimum design. At the same time, a MPC exhaust system with same structrtrual parameters as the swirl flow exhaust system has been designed. The comparison test on propulsive characteristics of the two systems were performed. The results show that the engine has better performance by using swirl flow exhaust system than by using MPC system under the most running condition, but has worse performance at the low speed and load condition.
