摘要
系统报道了通过改进燃烧室结构设计降低排放的实验方法和手段。结果表明 ,通过对涡流室柴油机涡流室、主燃室以及通道的形状和大小进行适当的改进 ,可以较好地改善柴油机混合气质量和燃烧过程 ,进而有效地抑制排放污染。
Improving combustion for reducing exhaust emissions is a top research project in swirl chamber engines.This paper presents the experimental methods for reducing exhaust emissions by modifying combustion chamber.The results show that the appropriate improvements of sizes and shapes of swirl chamber,main chamber and throat can improve the mixing quality and combustion process of charge,as a result,the formation of the exhaust emissions can be suppressed effectively in the engines.
