4吋TFT液晶彩色电视机的制作

摘要 薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(TFT LCD)不仅具有功耗低,体积小、重量轻,而且具有像素高、色彩柔和逼真、图像亮丽清晰、无动画拖尾、超宽视角等特点,近年已广泛应用于可视对讲门铃、监控、笔记本电脑、汽车VCD、微型小彩电等电子产品中。目前,市场上常见的TFT显示器有东芝及夏普等品牌,其中东芝4吋TFT显示器性能好、价格低。为此,我们选用一款东芝4吋TFT液晶显示器。
