采用STD总线工业控制计算机的漆包机测量控制系统

摘要 采用STD总线工业控制计算机,运用多种控制策略,实现了对漆包机生产过程中多个模拟量的反馈控制和开关量顺序逻辑控制。文中阐述了控制策略,介绍了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。实际控制结果表明:系统能在现场恶劣环境下连续稳定运行,最大控温误差小于1.5%。 The feedback control of several analog parameters and electronic sequence logic control for the process of enameled wire machine are realized by using STD bus industrial computer and different control strategies.The control principle is explained,the hardware structure and software design are introduced.The practical control result proves that the system can run continuously and stably under hazardous ambient at site with max.temp tolerance<1.5%,and its control meets design requirement.
