钛/钢复合板超声检测与结合质量的研究

摘要 钛/钢复合板在超声波检测过程中,根据钛与铜两种材料的声阻抗相差大,采用超声波探伤对界面波的高低与结合强度大小进行研究,从而找出钛/钢复合板超声探伤一次底波后面界面波与结合质量的对应关系,同时,为判断钛/钢复合材料后期加工中所承担风险提供相应超声探伤方面的依据。 Owing to the enorrnance differeces between titanium and steel on the stress--sound--impedance effect, this the-sis mainly stadies the relation on interface wave and jioing strength of 4/40 titanium and steel composite plate in qulity testing on the explosive welding technologies. Accordingly, the paper finds out that the relevent hight of interface wave and the quliti- fled bonding strength titanium and steel composite plate. At the same time, the paper is a good foundantion to the titanium and steel composite plate in which the cladding overpass 4mm on the qulity testing with ultrasonic instrument.
