摘要
肝脏在受到各种因素损伤后迅速表现出巨大的再生能力。肝脏再生是一个涉及多种效应细胞增殖反应的高度协调的过程,参与肝脏再生的细胞种类与肝损伤程度密切相关,包括以肝细胞为主的实质细胞再生和通过启动干细胞再生分化为肝细胞和胆管细胞,多种基因、细胞因子及肝脏微环境以不同的作用机制参与肝脏再生的动态调控过程。现就肝部分切除术后不同种类细胞参与肝再生的研究进展进行简要综述。
Liver can exhibit powerful regenerative capacity when injured by various factors. Liver regeneration is a highly coordinated process involving the proliferative response of many different kinds of cells, which is related to the degree of liver injury, lead to liver regeneration from hepatic parenchyma cell or hepat- ic oval cell. Many genes and cytokines, also hepatic microenvironment participates in the dynamic regulation of liver regeneration with different mechanisms. Here is to make a review on the areas of the different effector cells in liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy.
