摘要
随着我国物业管理行业的不断成熟和进步,以及高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入与发展,逐渐出现了高校物业管理。但由于高校物业管理存在着局限性,在一定程度上要滞后于社会化物业管理。本文通过对当前高校物业管理现状的研究分析,指出了高校物业管理存在的问题,并提出了一些改进策略来促进高校物业管理的发展。
With the property management industry in China continues to mature and progress, and the University Logistics reform the continuous deepening and development, the gradual emergence of the management of university property. However, there are limitations due to university property management, lag to some extent, in the socialization of property management. In this paper, the analysis on the current status quo of university property management, pointed out that the problems of the college property management, and made some improvement strategy to promote the development of university property management.
