in the times background of the further development of knowledge economy, the quick change of technological advances and the new features of global exchange in ideas and cultures, party building from knowledge and culture is of great significance. The party＇s cultural construction is an important part of the party＇s self-construction, which should he included in the overall layout of the new great project of the party building.
