摘要
本文介绍了一种稳压值可调的有源箝位电路结构,电路结构简单,可精确调节箝位点电压的稳定值,版图面积小,可广泛应用于模拟或数模混合集成电路中。设计输出值分别为2.5V、3.0V、3.5V、4V,输入电压0V~15V,基于0.6μm16VCD工艺采用HSPICE进行仿真验证,仿真结果与设计值误差不超过5mV。
An active-clamping circuit with adjustable stable voltage is proposed in this paper, which overcomes the shortage of zener diode clamp circuit, features with simple structure and small layout area. The clamping voltage can be precisely adjusted, and widely used in analog or mixed-signal IC. Based on HSPICE's 0.6 p. m 16V CD process showed that, at output voltage 2.5V, 3.0, 3.5V, 4.0V, respectively, the error voltage is less than 5mV over the input voltage rang from OV to 15V.
