摘要
代建制是在我国推行不久的一种新的管理体制,因此在我国的发展尚处不完善的阶段。由于信息的不对称,政府投资人并不能观察到代建人选择什么样的行动,因此在这种情况下,如何建立科学的激励约束机制,解决由此引发的道德风险问题成为代建制的一大难题。本文正是在这种背景下,通过对声誉机制模型的分析,提出了完善代建制的一些措施,从而保证代建制的顺利实施。
Construction-Agent system is a new Management system implementing for not a long time in Chi- na, so it's development is in the stage of imperfect in our country. Because of the asymmetrical of information, the investor of government can not observe which action The Construction-Agent person will chose. In such circum- stances, one of the biggest problem of Construction-Agent i~ how to build an science stimulate restraint system to solve moral hazard they caused. This article proposes some measures to perfect Construction-Agent system by ana- lyze the reputation effects model to guarantee Construction-Agent system will be implemented smoothly under this kind of backgrounds.
