摘要
以高等职业学院法律事务专业"商法"课程为例,探讨任务驱动教学法在商法课程教学中的应用。任务驱动教学法注重知识的运用和学法的指导,强调"做中学"的理念和教学中的师生互动,是一种以学生为本位的有利于学生全面发展的教学模式。
This paper took the commercial law course of Legal Affairs Major in higher vocational college as an example to explore the application of the task-driven peda- gogy in the teaching of commercial law courses. This author believed that the task- driven pedagogy focused on the use of knowledge and the guidance of study, em- phasized on the philosophy of "learning by doing" and the teacher-student interaction in teaching and was a student-based teaching model conducive to the overall development of students.
