摘要
为了解城市婴儿辅食添加的种类、质量及其对生长发育和营养状况的影响,对合肥市423名12月龄婴儿各类辅食添加的时间进行了调查,并测量了他们的身高、体重、胸围和Hb含量。结果表明,在0~4月龄添加蛋类、水果类和乳类的婴儿较多,而在5~8月龄添加肉类、蔬菜类、豆类和粮谷类的较多。虽然各类辅食添加的顺序较合理,但开始添加的时间较早,在0~4月龄添加蛋类、乳类、蔬菜、水果、谷类的婴儿均占被调查婴儿的30%以上。添加肉类、谷类和乳类越早,婴儿的形态发育起迅速;添加谷类越早,婴儿越壮实,而在5~8月龄添加乳类的婴儿,身体较强壮;早添加蔬菜水果对提高Hb水平有益。总体看,固体辅食在6月龄后添加较适宜。
To assess the impact of complementary foods on growth and nutritional status of urban infants, data were collected on the schedule for the introduction of complementary foods within the first year of life among 423 12-month-old infants.Meanwhile, their body height,body weight, and chest circumference and hemoglobin were determined. The results showed that the percentage of infants fed eggs, fruits, milks was greater during the age periods of 0 ~ 4 months, by 5 ~ 8 months, meats, vegetables, soybeans and cereals were first added the diet of the most infants. The order of additions was reasonable,but the time of adding complementary foods was earlier, the infants fed eggs,milks, vegetables,fruits or cereals in the 0 ~ 4 months accounted to 30 % and above of the surveyed infants. The earlier meats, cereal milks were introduced, the faster morphological development was.The earlier the introduction of cereals was, the stronger the infants were, furthermore, when milks were first added in 5 ~ 8 months of age,the infants were stronger.The earlier additions of vegertables and fruits were favorable to improveing hemoglobin level.More attention should be paid to the effect of early adding cereals on the structure of infants,solid foods should be introduced after 6 months of age.
