樊学油田多层混输结垢原因及治理措施探讨 被引量:4

摘要 针对樊学油田地面集输系统结垢问题,开展了不同层位的注入水、地层水水质分析,配伍性研究及垢样分析等系列实验;明确了结垢机理及垢样组成,并优选出阻垢剂,阻垢率达到86%以上。现场进行了4个增压点和1个转油站加药试验,跟踪结果表明:加药后结垢速率降低8~10倍,防垢率80%以上,防垢效果明显。 According to the Fanxue oilfield's scaling problem of surface gathering system, carried out different horizons of injected water, formation water, water quality analysis, re- search of the compatibility and fouling sample analysis such as a series of experiments; clear the scaling mechanism and scale, and optimize the scale inhibitor, scale inhibition rate reached more than 86 %. Site of the 4 pressure points and 1 oil transferring station chemical test, tracking results show that: dosing after scaling rate to reduce 8-10 times, antiscale rate above 80 %, scale effect is obvious.
