摘要
目前新建本科院校旅游管理专业存在"双师型"教师认定条件不科学的问题,在"双师型"教师队伍建设过程中也遭遇师资结构不合理、缺乏统一规划、缺少与企业的深度合作等现实困难,因此需要从长远考虑,系统规划,把"双师型"教师队伍建设工作落到实处。一是开发、整合校内师资力量;二是学校进行统筹规划,为教师走进企业牵线搭桥;三是合理制定"双师型"教师标准,适度下放认定权限;四是对教师的实践活动实施有效监控。
Presently,in the newly-established universities,the conditions for a double-teacher are not recog- nized scientifically in the major of tourism management. And in the construction of the "double-teacher type" team, problems exist, such as the irrational framework of teachers, the lack of a unified program, and the loose cooperation with the enterprises,etc. So we should consider the program systematically in the long run,and establish a solid foundation for the construction of the "double-teacher type" team. First,we should make full use of the teachers. Second,the university should have a unified program and serve as a bridge for the teachers to enter the enterprises. Third, the university should lay out a rational standard for a "double-teacher", and transfer the recognition power to a rational level. And fourth, the university should supervise the teachers' practice effectively.
