摘要
"以人为本"理念是素质教育的指导思想,素质教育是"以人为本"理念在高等教育中的具体实践,加强大学生自我管理是推进素质教育的必然要求。新时期坚持"以人为本"的高等教育思想对推进大学生自我管理的指导,必须处理好加强大学生自我管理与推进素质教育、行政权力与学生自管、以学生为本与以教师为本以及尊重个性与统一标准的关系。
The notion of ＂people-oriented＂ is the guideline of quality-oriented education,which is the specific practice of ＂people-oriented＂ notion in higher education.Strengthening university students’ self-management is the requirement of promoting quality-oriented education.In the new era,we should insist on the princple of ＂people-oriented＂ in higher education to promote university students’ self-management.We should manage the relationship between university students’ self-management and quality-oriented education,between administrative power and students’ self-management,between student-oriented and teacher-oriented,between respecting individuals and unified standard.
