摘要
为了观察长效伊力佳注射液对辽宁绒山羊疥螨病的治疗效果及使用安全性,为防治辽宁绒山羊疥螨病提供一种科学有效的方法。将患疥螨病的36只辽宁绒山羊随机分成3组,其中每组包含3只妊娠母羊,1组使用长效伊力佳注射液,按常规剂量(0.02mL/kg体重)皮下注射给药,2组按增加1倍剂量(0.04mL/kg体重)皮下注射给药,3组为对照组不给药,给药后28天内观察驱治效果及毒副作用情况,分别在用药后7、14、21、28天刮取病料检查疥螨死亡情况并统计驱净率。结果表明:1组和2组用药后7、14、21、28天驱净率均达到100%,2组临床症状恢复略好于1组,1组和2组均无任何不良反应,妊娠母羊和羔羊均正常。长效伊力佳对辽宁绒山羊疥螨病治疗效果明显而且安全,最佳使用剂量为0.02mL/kg体重。
To evaluate the treatment effect and safety assessment of ivermectin of long-term Yilijia parenteral solution to Liaoning cashmere goats scabies, and find a scientific and effective method to prevent and cure the Liaoning cashmere goats scabies. Divide 36 Liaoning Cashmere goats suffering from scabies randomly into three groups, each of which contained three pregnant ewes, Group 1 was injected subcutaneously of long-term Yilijia parenteral solution with the conventional dose （0.02 mL/kg body weight）. Group was injected subcutaneously with the double dose （0.04 mL/kg body weight）. Group 3 was for the corttrol group. Observe the drive governance and side effects within 28 days after injection. Scrape and check the tsamples and add up the driving rate on 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after injection. The results showed that the driving rate of group 1 and group 2 on 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after injection were both up to 100%, clinical symptems of recovery of group 2 was slightly better than group 1 Goats of group 1 and group 2 did not have any adverse reactions, pregnant ewe and lambs were normal. Long-term Yilijia has significant effect on Sarcopidosis of Liaoning Cashmere Goats and was very safe and the best dosage was 0.02 mL/kg.
