摘要
目的探讨CT导向下微波消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的护理要点。方法回顾性分析了2009年至2011年我科在CT导向下微波消融治疗的38例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者的临床护理资料。结果患者全部按术前制定的治疗计划成功进行微消融波治疗。所有消融均获得技术上的成功。术后随访CT示肿瘤无强化指示肿瘤均达到了完全坏死。其中出现并发症5例,分别为肝包膜下出血3例,气胸1例,疼痛及发热1例。结论 CT导向下微波消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤在护理上有其特殊要求,术前做好心理护理,术中密切配合,术后密切观察并发症的发生情况,对于提高治疗成功率、减少并发症有重要意义。
Objective To explore the nursing of CT-guided microwave ablation of liver malignancies. Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with liver malignancies treated with CT-guided percutaneous water-cooled loop microwave ablation from 2009 to 2011was retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients were performed with microwave ablation successfully. Postoperative follow-up showed no tumor strengthen instructions showing tumor achieve comlete necrosis. Comtlications were found in 5 cases, including three cases of liver subcaDsular hemorrhage, one case ofpneumothorax, and one case of pain and fever. Conclusion CT guided microwave ablation tor the treatment of liver malignancy has special requirements, including good psychological care before operation, close co- operation during operation, and close observation of complications after operation, which helps improve the success rate of treatment and reduce complications.
