摘要
节能减排和建设环境友好型社会已成为人们的共识。铜产业如达到这一目标是一项值得研究的课题。通过对铜产业链的物质运动及其存在问题的具体分析,根据铜产业链系统和铜产业链生产工艺流程,完善产业链的企业组成,将物质、能量、水、技术和信息进行系统集成,并进行非物质化设计,使铜产业链上的物质、能源、废弃物梯级循环利用,产业链条上的每一个节点和企业内部各工序节点实现生态化。通过对江铜集团产业链的实证分析,得出了科学地设计、按设计进行改造、加强企业管理、依靠科技创新是实现铜产业链生态化低碳发展根本途径的结论。
It becomes a common sense to save energy & reduce emission and to construct environment-friendly society. In order to reach this objective in copper industry, this paper analyses the copper industrial chain and its issues, systematically incorporates the materials, power, water, technology and information according to the processing flowchart, makes materials, energy and wastes recycled by steps via non-materialized designing. The each point in the chain and each processing steps inside plants are modified ecologically, which has been verified by Jiangxi Copper Group. The ecological low-carbon economic developing mode can be reached through scientific designing, modifying, intensifying management and innovation.
