摘要
针对文献中多次装夹、弹性心轴定位、软爪径向夹持等夹具不能解决高精度管壳工件装夹变形的问题,提出了双压板夹紧夹具,一次装夹工件,通过换压板端面形式,将管壳工件外圆、内孔、端面一次加工成型。多批次薄壁管壳工件的加工表明达到保证工件的外圆、孔、端面的形位公差要求,消除了径向夹紧变形。
The fixture with the characteristics of multiple clamping, elasticity spindle locating and jaw radial clamping and so on can not solve the clamping deformation of high precision shell and tube work pieces processing. In order to resolve these problems, a double plate clamping fixture was designed, in which the exterior circle, inner circle and end surface of work pieces were processed and formed in one time by transfer the end surface form of the plate. The fabrication of multiple batch thick-walled work pieces showed that the form and position tolerances of exterior circle,hole and end surface of which had fulfilled, as well as the radial clamping deformation had been eliminated.
