摘要
针对串联引信后级在前级战斗部爆轰条件下的结构响应无法通过常规方法计算的问题,提出应用有限元方法进行后级引信结构强度的计算和校核。该方法利用LS-DYNA软件计算前级爆轰冲击条件下后级引信本体及元器件、零部件的过载、应力、应变三个物理量,并利用这些物理量分析和校核引信结构强度。仿真计算和外场试验结果表明:有限元方法的应用解决了爆轰条件下串联引信后级结构强度的计算和评估问题,仿真模型具有较好的拟真度。
In view of that it could not be calculated by conventional methods, this paper proposed a finite element method to calculate and check structural strength of tandem following fuze under pre-warhead detonation conditions. The method used LS-DYNA software to calculate acceleration stress and strain of following fuze body and its components in the pre-detonation condition, and the fuze's structure strength was analyzed and checked. Simulation and field experiment results showed that the finite element method applied to tandem following fuze struc- tural strength calculation and evaluation under pre-detonation condition was feasible, and the simulation model had a good realistic degree.
