摘要
系统的礼仪实训对于塑造高职学生的职业形象和职业素质具有重要的意义。但目前礼仪课程还没有摆脱传统的灌输型和填鸭式的课堂教学,实训课程也没有达到预期效果。面对此现状,结合大连工业大学职业技术学院商务管理类专业自身的礼仪课程教学实践,提出高职商务管理类专业职场礼仪"程阶式"的实训模式,使学生掌握商务礼仪知识和职业岗位要求的礼仪技能,提升了学生人文素质。
Systematic practical training of etiquette plays an important role in shaping higher vocational students＇ vocational image and vocational quality：However, at present the etiquette curriculum cannot get rid of the traditional classroom teaching of instilling and cramming form, and the curriculum of practical training cannot achieve the expected effect. Facing the present condition and combing the teaching practice of etiquette curricuhun in business management major of Dalian Polytechnic University of Vocation ＆ Technology, this paper puts forward the practical training of step type for professional etiquette in higher vocational business management major so that students can master business etiquette knowledge and the etiquette technology desired by vocational post to promote students＇ humanities quality.
