摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校人才培养的重要环节,也是工学结合人才培养模式的具体形式。顶岗实习应当按照育人为本、学以致用、专业对口、理论与实践相结合的原则实施,要加强政策保障,合理设计顶岗实习,加大实习资金投入,强化实习监控管理,完善顶岗实习流程,加强职业规划设计。
